About me

Do you ever feel stuck in your thoughts, like your mind won’t slow down? Maybe you overthink, feel you’re not doing enough, or get drained from always putting others first. As a neurodivergent social worker, I understand how overwhelming this can feel. My goal is to help you reconnect with yourself, to feel more present, grounded, and confident in navigating life’s challenges.

In therapy, I emphasize strengthening the mind-body connection, offering a space where you can feel understood without judgment, explore emotions safely, and build resilience to manage daily stressors.

I hold a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Windsor and a Bachelor’s in Psychology. I use evidence-based approaches to support individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, low self-esteem, and relationship difficulties. I also specialize in affirming care for LGBTQIA+ clients, fostering self-acceptance and empowerment. My therapeutic style integrates CBT, DBT, EFT, ACT, humanistic, person-centered, and trauma-informed methods to guide healing and growth.
