About me
I help people navigate life’s challenges and restore a sense of balance and fulfillment. To me, quality of life means feeling grounded in body and mind, connected in relationships, purposeful in work, and secure in one’s environment. When these areas feel disrupted, therapy can be a powerful way to regain clarity and direction.
With over 20 years of experience supporting adults, adolescents, parents, and families in public, community, and private settings, I provide a safe, compassionate space for change. My approach blends strength-based, culturally sensitive, cognitive-behavioural, and person-centered methods to help clients heal, grow, and thrive.
