Beginning therapy can feel overwhelming. Many clients are unsure of where to start, what they should talk about, whether therapy will be helpful, or if this is the right time in their lives to seek support.

I approach each session with openness and a non-judgmental perspective. I believe therapy should be personalized to meet each client’s unique needs, experiences, and goals. Together, we create a space where clients can explore their challenges, gain insight, and develop practical tools to support positive change.
My focus is to provide each client with an outlet, as well as tools, to help achieve their personal goals in a healthy way. It is a priority of mine to create an environment where clients feel safe and empowered.

As a Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience, I support children, teens, adults, couples, and families as they navigate life’s challenges. I strive to create a warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where clients feel safe to explore their experiences and work toward meaningful change. I have experience supporting clients navigating anxiety, work-life balance, the transition to parenthood and the postpartum period, parenting challenges, self-esteem, and relationship concerns.

Drawing from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based approaches, and the Gottman Method, I tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs while fostering resilience, growth, and lasting well-being.

Above all, I believe that meaningful therapy is built on a strong therapeutic relationship where clients feel accepted, understood, and supported as they work toward their goals.
