Life can feel overwhelming and messy, but you don’t have to face it alone. As a born and raised Haitian woman, I value culture and the ways it shapes how we live and who we are. I work with individuals from multicultural communities, as well as couples and families from diverse backgrounds, cultures, and structures, and I welcome people from all walks of life.

If you are experiencing mental health concerns, parenting challenges, stress, burnout, or life transitions, we can work together to strengthen coping strategies, build emotional regulation skills, improve communication, and find greater balance in daily life.

I work from a systemic and transcultural lens and use an integrative, trauma-informed, person-centered, and collaborative approach. My work draws on evidence-based therapies, including Narrative Therapy, DBT, EFT, CBT, and SFT, to support emotional regulation, manage life’s challenges, and strengthen meaningful relationships.

Reaching out takes courage, and I offer a safe, supportive space where you will feel heard, understood, and empowered as we work through difficult emotions and life transitions to support personal growth.

I hold a DEC in Social Service, a BSW, an MSW, and a Master of Sciences Applied in Couple and Family Therapy and Psychotherapy from McGill University. I have extensive experience in mental health across psychiatric, community, crisis, and private practice settings. I hold professional permits with the Ordre des travailleurs sociaux et des thérapeutes conjugaux et familieux du Québec (OTSTCFQ), Ordre des psychologues du Québec (OPQ), and Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW).

I enjoy the energy of live concerts and discovering life through travel and nature. I’m drawn to experiences that spark curiosity and creativity, from exploring new places to learning new skills, and to moments that simply bring joy and calm.

This quote by Maya Angelou always inspires me: “Do the best
you can until you know better. Then when you know better, do
better.” I believe that no matter how messy life feels or where
you start, you can always learn, grow, and give yourself a
second chance.
