Many face challenges when navigating complex life circumstances, emotional transitions, and relational difficulties. During these times, it can be difficult to find a sense of balance, clarity, or connection with themselves and others.
Jessica uses a client-centered, trauma-informed approach to create a safe, warm, and respectful space where clients feel supported and empowered. She helps clients identify unwanted patterns and develop practical tools to build a life aligned with their values- one marked by meaning, fulfillment, and satisfaction. Her work draws from psychodynamic, humanistic, and family systems perspectives, integrating emotion-focused and mindfulness-based practices.

With nearly 20 years of experience as a Clinical Social Worker, Jessica has supported individuals across a wide range of emotional, relational, and life challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, emotion regulation difficulties, self-esteem concerns, personality-related challenges, relationship issues, work- and school-related stressors, and major life transitions.

Jessica is currently in the process of obtaining her psychotherapy permit through the Ordre des Psychologues du Québec (OPQ). She is deeply committed to accompanying clients on their healing journeys, supporting personal growth, emotional well-being, and greater self-awareness so they can move forward with increased clarity, resilience, and confidence.
