At different points in life, each of us faces challenges that can affect our sense of well-being and quality of life. Factors such as physical and mental health, meaningful relationships, fulfilling work, and a sense of safety and stability all contribute to how we experience life day to day. When any of these areas feel disrupted, seeking the support of a therapist can make a significant difference.
As a clinical social worker with over 20 years of experience supporting adults, adolescents, parents, and families across public, community, and private settings, I am committed to helping clients navigate these difficult moments. Through therapeutic counselling and coaching, I work with individuals and families experiencing psychosocial stress to explore new perspectives and develop strategies for meaningful change.
As your therapist, my goal is to listen with empathy, understand your experiences, and walk alongside you on your path toward healing and personal growth. Together, we will work to strengthen your sense of well-being and help you achieve the quality of life you desire.
