Many clients seek professional support when they feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve them and feel disconnected from their own needs, unsure of how to move forward.

I work from a holistic, relational, and client-centered lens, taking time to understand each person’s lived experience, emotional patterns, nervous system responses, and family dynamics. My approach is adaptive, non-judgmental, honest, and deeply empathic, offering grounded support so clients can move forward at a pace that feels safe and meaningful.

I value clients’ experiences and strengths, and we will work collaboratively to create a holistic plan aligned with your goals-one that empowers you with the skills needed to live a full and meaningful life.

Maria is a naturotherapist and clinical interventionist with over ten years of experience supporting individuals and families across school, community, and clinical settings. She has extensive public-sector experience as an addiction counsellor in both inpatient and outpatient programs and served for two years as a clinical advisor for co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.

I am a mom to three rambunctious young children. I’m deeply influenced by my Irish and Spanish heritage. I try to practice what I preach, which means I know what it is like to fail.
